HJR 98, my bill propos­ing a con­sti­tu­tion­al amend­ment to enact Term Lim­its in Texas, was heard in the State Affairs Committee. 

HB 3798, my bill that strength­ens the TCEQ per­mit­ting process for aggre­gate pro­duc­tion oper­a­tions, and includes an air qual­i­ty study, was heard in the Envi­ron­men­tal Reg­u­la­tions Committee.
