“The Prop­er­ty Tax Reform and Relief Act of 2019, SB2, passed last night, which I Co-authored.  SB 2 sets an auto­mat­ic roll­back elec­tion for cit­i­zens to vote to approve or deny if cities and coun­ties can increase your prop­er­ty tax­es over 3.5%, with the school dis­trict roll­back rate over 2%.
