May 11, 2019

“We passed HJR 38, which I supported. HJR 38 gives the voters of Texas a choice in November’s election to vote on an amendment to the Texas Constitution to prohibit the legislature from imposing a tax on the net incomes of individuals. May 8, 2019

“HB 1631, which I am a co-author of, was passed late last night by a large margin banning red light cameras. Red light cameras that are used to issue traffic tickets is a massive overreach by government, has shown no increase in safety, and is costly to taxpayers. I will always support less government, and fight for more freedom and liberty.”- State Representative Kyle Biedermann

Rep. Biedermann To Oppose “Tax Swap” in HJR 3, and HB 4621

May 7, 2019

“You want us to reduce spending, not raise taxes. As Republicans, the party of smaller government, that shouldn’t even have to be said. We must make the tough decisions, live within our means and make the decisions necessary to deliver real property tax relief without raising taxes, especially at a time when we have budget surpluses. That is why I will be opposing HJR 3 and HB 4621.”- State Representative Kyle…
